Just booked out from camp.... gotta book in tomorrow night. In

The verdamn so-called 3G medical pouch is now the size of a
fullpack.
And yes, it is much heavier while being non-ergonomic, and I
still have to strap a stretcher onto it.
Just gimme ten seconds with the fella who designed it, and I'll
